Senior Management 

The Senior Management Team have delegated responsibility from the Board for the day to day running of Cherry Tree. All senior managers are based at Cherry Tree’s main office at Orchard Villa, in Shenley. 

Paul Eastwood - Chief Executive and Company Secretary

Paul joined CTHA in November 2015 as Interim Chief Executive. Paul brings extensive experience of the housing sector to the role, having held the role of CEO or interim CEO with 4 housing associations and having carried out several successful assignments as a freelance consultant. During his career, Paul has also been a board member with 5 housing associations, a commercial maintenance company, and several voluntary sector bodies. He has been a speaker at professional conferences in the UK and Europe on many occasions over the past 20 years. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and an alumni member of Ashridge Business School. 

Nicola Mayes - Finance Manager

Nicola joined CTHA in April 2016 as Finance Manager. Nicola has completed her AAT Technician qualification and Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, she is now finalising her studies toward her ACCA qualification. Nicola has 15 years of working in various sector financial roles, including within the not-for profit and commercial sectors. Nicola believes that a viable housing association can deliver good services to residents, build new homes for the future and contribute to the local community. 

Kevin Hills - Services Manager

Kevin joined CTHA in May 2017 as their registered Care Manager. Kevin is a highly experienced Registered Manager and have managed various types of services ranging from small residential units for people with a learning disability to managing services for people who also have complex health needs and dementia. 
Kevin’s role involves managing CTHA care homes and supported living services, ensuring that everyone receives the highest standards of Care and Support maximising opportunities for individuals to lead the life they choose. 

Claire Young - Housing Manager

Claire joined CTHA in July 2017. Claire has worked for over 30 years in a variety of social care settings. She has gained invaluable experience managing supported housing services for young, vulnerable and elderly tenants for a number of small to medium housing providers. She is passionate about providing effective, quality services that are sustainable and enable customers to achieve their potential.

Office Staff

Sharon & Helen provide administrative support to the Senior Management and Board Members of CTHA. They should be able to help with any general queries. 

Ella is CTHA apprentice for 14 months until September 2018. She will be working alongside the Finance Manager and Admin Assistants on her progression towards her NVQ in association with Oaklands College.
